We are pleased to announce that we will be transferring our user support operations for "sMedio WinDVD 10 (including Pro)", "sMedio WinDVD 4K (including Pro)", and "sMedio WinDVD attached to products from I-O Data Device and EPSON Direct," to Corel, Inc. Ltd. will transfer its support operations to Corel, Inc. from January 2019.

As a result, sMedio will no longer provide telephone and email support for all sMedio WinDVD products as of December 28, 2018. Ltd. will take over the support contact and provide telephone and email support from January 2019 onward.
